If rumors be true, then Mac OS X 10.6, Snow Leopard, will be launching much sooner than expected – June 8th to be precise.
It also will come with a number of new features (as any new OS should), including
- Safari 4 beta as the default browser
- New Quicktime Player
- A redesigned Finder with “a new Cocoa Desktop, Info Window and Contextual Menu”.
With how little we’ve been hearing about Snow Leopard, I find it hard to believe that it’s coming out so soon. However, there seems to be pretty compelling evidence to suggest that it is.
